Senior 2D/3D Designer

- Execute Key Visuals: Produce and deliver high-quality key visuals and hero assets for marketing campaigns across 2D/3D, and video formats.
- Asset Creation: Design diverse 2D assets, including posters, banners, social media visuals, and on-screen content, ensuring strong layout and typography.
- Video Production: Create engaging marketing and brand videos (short & long form) through editing, motion graphics, and light compositing.
- AI-Enhanced Workflow: Actively use AI-assisted tools to accelerate daily tasks, including concept ideation, 3D lighting/rendering, and video enhancement.
- Maintain Visual Quality: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards in composition, storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the Manager and Planning team to translate creative briefs into polished, final outputs.
- Creative Input: Proactively share visual references and new design techniques to contribute to the team’s creative growth.
- Quality Awareness: Identify and report quality or technical issues early in the production phase to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Education: Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, 2D/3D Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in 3D structural design, specifically focused on POSM and stage design.
- Preferred Background: Candidates with hands-on experience in POSM production, retail fixture design, or event/exhibition design are strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, SolidWorks, Rhino). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, print production, material properties (e.g., acrylic, metal, wood, corrugated board, PVC), and sustainable design principles.
- Soft Skills: Creative problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
