Seafreight Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage export sea-freight bookings, with a focus on Vietnam–US/Canada trade lanes.

2. Monitor vessel schedules and support customers with shipment planning; AMS/ISF/ACI/e-Manifest experience is an advantage.

3. Prepare and submit shipping documents (SI, VGM, ISF) in accordance with loading plans accurately and on time.

1. Minimum 06 months of experience in a documentation role at freight forwarding company, preferably in the US/Canada trade lane.

2. Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a high sense of responsibility.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

4. Customer-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
