Tuyển dụng Seafreight Export Operations Specialist tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Ensure having the proper planning for the shipment after receiving the routing

order/booking from customers or from Logwin oversea or from Logwin Vietnam.

• Ensure getting approval from customers as well as account owner before proceeding

the shipments.

• Place booking with shipping lines/co-loaders and send the booking confirmation to the

shipper.

• Ensure all shipment data & shipping details to be uploaded in Logwin operating

system.

• Ensure sending Bill of Lading, invoice and related documents (if any) to concerned

parties in due time or as per KPI set by Logwin.

• Ensure “the tracking and tracing” of the shipment voyage and timely update to

concerned parties.

• Ensure 100% KPI of customers to be achieved.

• Ensure the accuracy of cost to be charged by shipping lines/vendors.

• Ensure “job costing” in due time and accuracy.

• Build close relationship with customers.

• Ensure all documents of the shipment to be uploaded in Logwin operation system.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Knowledge and experience: bachelor degree, preferably in foreign trade, import-export or customs; minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.
