I. POSITION PURPOSE
The Seafood Purchaser is responsible for managing and coordinating purchasing activities for seafood products, ensuring competitive sourcing, supplier performance, product quality, and cost efficiency. The role also contributes to the company's commercial development by identifying new suppliers, products, and market opportunities under the direction of the Director and Commercial Manager.
