Sea Operation (Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Xuất Nhập Khẩu - Nữ)

The Sea Operation staff is responsible for managing the end-to-end sea freight process for both import and export shipments. This role acts as the primary link between customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal departments to ensure seamless cargo movement according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive bookings from Sales/Customers/ or Nominate from overseas agents and handle sea freight export-import shipments (FCL/LCL).
• Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, and overseas agents for booking arrangements, vessel schedules, and shipment updates.
• Monitor the entire shipment process including booking, trucking, stuffing, SI/VGM submission, manifest, ETA/ETD.
• Prepare and handle shipping documents such as:
• Bill of Lading (HBL/MBL)
• Shipping Instruction (SI)
• VGM
• AMS / AFR / ISF (if required)
• Debit notes and invoices
• Coordinate with other deparment as customs clearance, trucking, warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle operational issues and shipment exceptions including:
• Rolled cargo
• Vessel delay
• Missing documents
• Additional local charges
• Check and control operational costs and reconcile payments with shipping lines/vendors.
• Update shipment status regularly to customers and overseas agents.
• Maintain and update shipment records in the internal system.

• At least 1-2 years of working experience at a forwarding company.
• Careful, active, flexible to work with customers, shipping liners
• Have experience in handling export and import documentation.
• Have a good understanding of import-export procedures, logistics operations, and Incoterms.
• English communication
