Sea Freight Operation

1. To follow up shipment as per procedure, follow customer shipment SOPs and internal SOPs to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

2. Reconcile orders with factories and overseas agents, and provide supplementary materials and VGM to the shipowner after confirmation.

3. Issue bills of lading and invoices after the ship departs, arrange for invoice issuance, urge factory payments, and release the forwarder's bill of lading upon receipt of payment.

4. Pay the shipowner and release the shipowner's bill of lading upon confirmation of payment.

5. Organize documents and input them into the system.

6. Ensure all customer and company KPIs are consistently achieved.

7. Track cargo transportation progress, coordinate with partners, and ensure on-time shipment and delivery.

8. Upload cargo manifests to the customs system within the time specified by the shipping company and first-level agent to ensure smooth customs clearance.

9. Communicate and negotiate with clients, provide accurate and timely booking information, and answer client inquiries.

10. Maintain and update booking data records, accurately file relevant information, and provide related reports and analyses.

11. Provide timely reports and feedback on daily operations, including any issues or irregularities, to superiors.

12. Carry out additional tasks assigned by superiors within the scope of the position.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. College degree or above (full-time), proficient in Chinese, Vietnamese, and English (CET-4 or above). Majors related to freight forwarding (e.g., logistics management, customs declaration and international freight, international economy and trade, port and shipping management) are preferred.

2. Familiar with sea freight forwarding operation processes; relevant work experience is preferred.

3. Proactive work attitude, good planning and management skills, and a strong team spirit.
