SAP PP Consultant

Participate in SAP implementation and AMS projects, taking ownership of assigned functional areas.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer incidents and change requests in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze business processes, and propose SAP solutions that align with customer needs and best practices.
Configure SAP modules, perform functional testing, and prepare comprehensive configuration and solution documentation.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and work closely with the technical team to develop, test, and deploy custom enhancements.
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and provide recommendations to optimize business processes using SAP standard functionalities whenever possible.
Support and execute system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and issue resolution.
Deliver end-user training, prepare user manuals, and provide post-go-live support.
Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, effort estimation, and customer presentations when required.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while meeting quality, scope, and timeline expectations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/QM as an Implementation Consultant or AMS Consultant. Candidates with SAP PP/QM end-user experience and a strong interest in transitioning to consulting are also welcome.
Knowledge of or experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Project Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Good at reading and communication English skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and task management skills.
Experience in business process consulting, process improvement, or team leadership is an advantage.
Ability to prepare documentation and deliver presentations to customers.
Experience in ERP pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations is preferred.
Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive and responsible working attitude.
Willing to travel for business as required by projects.
