Sales Support Team Leader (Logistics)

- Lead, assign, and supervise the Customer Service team to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

- Manage key accounts by maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering excellent customer experience.

- Oversee quotations, tenders, contracts, pricing updates, and ensure smooth coordination with internal departments throughout the service delivery process.

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective solutions.

- Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize service quality, operational processes, and cost efficiency.

- Coach, train, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and support their professional development.

- Prepare periodic reports and perform other duties assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Import–Export, Foreign Trade, Economics, International Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a customer service or key account role within the freight forwarding/logistics industry, including at least 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.

- Good understanding of the logistics and international trade industry, as well as import–export regulations, customs procedures, and tax policies.

- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
