Job Description

Position: Sales Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: $600 USD (gross) + Commission

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with existing customers, actively seek out new business opportunities, and coordinate the logistics involved in completed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales with existing customers

Identify, approach, and acquire new customers

Coordinate and organize logistics for completed sales (delivery, scheduling, follow-up with customers/warehouse, etc.)

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $600 USD gross/month

Commission on sales achieved

Lunch provided daily

Gas allowance for motorcycle

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Advanced level of English (spoken and written)

Ability to work full-time in-office, Monday to Saturday

Own motorcycle for local travel (gas allowance provided)

Strong organizational skills, especially for coordinating sales logistics

Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to finding new business

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, sales tracking tools)
