Sales & Service Engineer

I. Job Purpose （岗位设立目的）

Working with Sales manager and service manager in Thailand to manage and improve the satisfaction & loyalty of customer,

Influence Dimension （影响维度）

II. Principal Responsibilities （主要职责）

1. Responsible on sales target for Vietnam, makes sales contacts, research customer needs and develop application of products and services. Participates in sales forecasting and planning.

2. Providing Technical assistance and product information to customer.

3. To maintain good customer relationship

4. Continue improving customer satisfaction

5. Coordinate with sales and service team in Thailand and Vietnam.

III. Prerequisites（任职必要条件）

Education/Skills / Technical Knowledge / Experience（学历/技能/专业知识/经历）

1. Candidate should possess a Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2. Preferably 3-5 years of related sales working experience in the field of automotive, electronics or ultrasonic welding industry.

3. Problem-solving, Initiative, possess excellent communication & coordination skills.

4. This position will be based in our office in Ho Chi Minh City and candidate must be willing to travel in Vietnam and internationally.
