Tuyển dụng Sales & Operations Manager tại Bắc Ninh

• Drive sales growth and business development across Northern Vietnam.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, OEMs and distributors.

• Develop new customers and expand business opportunities for bearings, seals, linear motion and related industrial products.

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

• Manage branch sales and daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

• Monitor market trends and customer requirements to develop appropriate sales strategies.

• Report sales performance, market development and business opportunities to management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in industrial B2B and B2C sales.

• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Industry Background

Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:

• Bearings

• Industrial Automation

• Machine Tools

• Pneumatic Systems

• Power Transmission

• Industrial Components

• MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) Supplies

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Language

• Native Vietnamese

• Business-level English (spoken and written)

• Chinese language skills are an added advantage.
