Sales Merchandiser | Textile & Garment

- Manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers.

- Analyze market trends and product performance to adjust sales strategies.

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

- Provide customized product proposals aligned with production schedules.

- Assist in setting product pricing and negotiating contracts.

- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues or complaints effectively.

- Experience:1–3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the bag manufacturing or related industry/ Fresh graduates with a related major.

- Strong customer management and sales strategy experience.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office and related software.

- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude.

- Team player with leadership skills.

- Fluency in English or other foreign languages is a plus.
