Sales & Marketing Support ( Internship Or Fresher full Time)

Location: INSOEXCA GROUP USA – Ho Chi Minh City, District 2, Vietnam

Job Description: URGENT - Ready to work in March

We are looking for a motivated Sales & marketing Support to join our team at INSOEXCA GROUP USA. This is a full-time, on-site internship where you will gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and office operations. You will support the sales team in daily tasks, assist in organizing documents in logistics, and learn how to manage client communications effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team with client communication, order follow-ups, and basic sales operations. Sale B2B and B2C

- Contribute to marketing initiatives across social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

- Demonstrate strong marketing skills by assisting with content creation, campaign planning, social media management, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Produce and edit content/video for marketing campaigns. Plan and execute content for media channels and communication campaigns.

- Optimize and refine video content based on campaign performance and business needs.

- Help prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

- Provide support in customer service and respond to client inquiries under supervision.

- Assist in training sessions and team coordination activities.

- Support the team in tracking sales targets and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content marketing

- Interest in sales, marketing, or business operations

- Basic understanding of customer service and office procedures.

- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team.

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, or related fields

- Fluent English is required
