Sales Manager (Real estate)

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
Minimum
5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least
2–3 years in a Sales Manager or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, sales processes, and customer behavior.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong team management and coaching skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM systems and sales management tools.
Proficient in English.
Real estate license or relevant certifications (if required by local regulations).
