Sales Manager - Outdoor Furniture

About Us:

Greenmore Vietnam have an office and showroom of 2000m2 in Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh city. Our mainly products are outdoor furniture (90%) & indoor furniture (10%). We are expanding and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of the furniture or lifestyle product industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.

• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional activities and product launches with sales objectives.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and products.

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Train new sales staff and provide ongoing coaching and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in outdoor furniture, home living, or outdoor lifestyle products is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as required.
