Sales Logistics - Nhân Viên Kinh Doanh (Free Hand / Oversea Sales)

General Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing customers with demand for domestic and international logistics services.

• Provide professional consultation on the Company's logistics solutions, including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Trucking, Warehousing, and other related services.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate service terms, and close sales contracts with customers.

• Build long-term relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales support.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely shipment execution.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the Company's business growth.

For Free Hand Sales

• Develop and expand a portfolio of direct customers for import, export, and domestic logistics services.

• Actively identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Conduct customer visits, sales presentations, and business negotiations.

For Overseas Sales

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and international logistics partners.

• Generate inbound and outbound shipment opportunities through the global agent network.

• Communicate, negotiate freight rates, and coordinate shipment arrangements with overseas partners.

• Expand the Company's international agent network and business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Logistics, International Business, Import-Export, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willing to learn and capable of working under pressure.

• Good command of English (especially for the Overseas Sales position).

• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Import-Export, or Sales is an advantage.
