Sales Junior

• Conduct cold calls and customer outreach to identify new sales opportunities.

• Understand customer needs and identify pain points to provide tailored solutions.

• Support product testing and coordinate the preparation of technical documentation (TDS/MSDS).

• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales effectively.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

• Support the team in achieving sales targets and company objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the chemical industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand technical documents and product specifications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Fluency in English.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
