- Work closely with the Team Leader or assigned staff members and complete allocated tasks.
- Assist in organizing workshops based on Account Manager requirements and prepare relevant event content.
- Develop and manage social media channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook to generate potential leads.
- Conduct market research and build lists of potential customers.
- Support the development and maintenance of customer relationships.
- Assist in retaining and supporting existing customer accounts.
- Update customer information and sales activities on the CRM system.
- Maintain and organize sales documents, records, and related data.

- Third- or fourth-year student majoring in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or other related fields.
- No prior experience is required.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
- Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to remain calm and adapt well in a fast-paced working environment.
- Agile, hardworking, enthusiastic, and responsible.
