Position Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team at Datong Casting. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies to penetrate new markets in Vietnam. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets in Vietnam.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.

- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitor activities.

- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our products.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a related industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

- Fluency in Chinese; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Willingness to travel within Vietnam as needed.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
