Sales Executive Staff - HA NOI Office (Chinese Speaking)

Evergreen Line operates a modern fleet of container ships with a combined capacity of more than 1.7 million TEU and maintains services across a broad array of trade lanes around the world.
As the agent for Evergreen Line at Vietnam, we are now seeking responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented Sales Executive members to join our growing team in HANOI Office.
Daily Responsibilities shall be described as following:
Handle export cargo to ALL trade lanes, co-ordination with principal and other offices in all business issues.
Conduct all sales activities including:
Sales calls & sales visits to customers.
Looking for the new customers, particularly potential Beneficial Cargo Owner, gain back lost accounts.
Send quotation to customers.
Send special Quotaion application to get principal's approval.
Monitoring sales leads to regain lost FOB accounts.
Handle annual Service Contract (SC)
Introduce on-line platform to customers for registration.
Taking good care of customers' business and promote cargo.
Sales report:
Handling customer's claims
Space control
Cargo prospect for add-hoc vessel
Freight verification
Account profile handling
Co-ordinate with other offices and concerned parties if have any issues need to resolve.
Education & Background
Bachelor's degree from a  college or university
Preferred majors:  Chinsese language,  Maritime Studies, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics
Skills & Competencies
******  Working experience is not requried. Fresh graduate is welcome *********
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to communicate  in
Chinese (Mandarine) is a strong advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills

Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting agreed terms and conditions
