Sales Executive - Barista

Work closely with superior to drive portfolio development and enhancements by identifying short and long-term opportunities.

Create and increase the assigned customer Data Base and volume.

Be resourceful and foster strong network and client relationships at various levels. Understand their business models and directions.

Discuss with Superior / Pastry Chef what we can offer to improve customer recipes upon request.

Help to develop new recipes for beverages.

Monitor current Client’s buying volumes. Should there be any reduction in numbers, contact, and meet with Clients to understand the situation.

Schedule daily market visits.

Support and attend trade shows.

Manage:

Daily client orders and prices, samples orders and liaise closely with Logistic in charge.

Orders loading and follow through the timeline till delivered.

Payment collection (to ensure payments are cleared before the due date)

Reporting:

Report daily market visit status, sales opportunities, market feedback, competitor activity, weekly/monthly plan, sales target.

Weekly sales meeting with team, to update the sales number by Clients, Channel, Category, SKUs, follow-up, opportunities, market feedback, competitor activity, etc).

Possesses minimum 2 years of working experience and proven record of accomplishment in the Food Industry, preferably in Bakery/Beverage Business in Vietnam Market. Must know a customer data base and contacts. Willingness to travel within Vietnam and abroad. Baristas are encouraged to apply!
