• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, system integrators, and distributors.

• Conduct customer visits independently and jointly with distributors to identify projects and promote CKD solutions.

• Provide technical product selection, solution proposals, quotations, and commercial support.

• Drive design-in/specification activities to increase adoption of CKD products.

• Manage project pipeline from inquiry to order while achieving sales targets.

• Deliver product presentations and technical training for customers and distributors.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing regular market feedback.

• Collaborate with Technical Support and Product teams to deliver complete customer solutions.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Technical Sales, or a related field is preferred.

• Knowledge of pneumatic systems, motion control, electric actuators, sensors, or other Factory Automation (FA) products is an advantage.

• Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of industrial automation sales channels, distribution networks, and technical sales processes. Experience working with distributors, OEMs, system integrators (SIs), or manufacturing customers is preferred. Experience with products from SMC, Festo, Mitsubishi Electric, Omron, Keyence, IAI, Misumi, or similar industrial automation brands is a strong advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Intermediate English communication skills for meetings, emails, and reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to travel for customer and distributor visits.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
