Sales Director (Knit Garment EU/USA market)

Expand market presence by making business strategy and improving the performance of the USA & EU team with competent knowledge of vertical production (spinning, weaving, knitting, sewing, dyeing).
Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve revenue & profitability targets.
Build strong client relationships and develop new buyers.
Collaborate with merchandising, production & supply chain teams for seamless order execution.
Manage and develop teams with proper capability to serve company business strategy.
Yêu cầu:
Proven experience in business development and sales management in textile & garment industry
Strong background in the knit garment industry for the EU/USA market
Ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and team management experience
Deep understanding of market trends and customer needs
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile/Fashion Design or a related field
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Open to expatriates and candidates willing to relocate
