Sales Data Analyst/Systems Executive

- Own DMS contract
- DMS process: Develop & provide training to BCs & distributors on DMS process.
- Coordinate with HQ Soft to arrange training to new distributors (if any)
- Provide training to new distributor admin (at need)
- Helpdesk for Chevron & distributor users: 21 Chevron users, 41 distributor admin users; 205 e-sales users (handheld for distributor salesperson-DSP)
- Work with related stakeholders& vendorsfor enhancement/improvement.
- Develop power BI reports to support sales for understanding &monitoringsell out, network development, distributor inventory, DSP performance, etc.
- Pull data from DMS to update DMS power BI reports.
- Consolidate & check stock count check done by distributors.
- Review inventoryadjustmentdone by distributors.
- Consolidate & check sample distributor stock count check done by BCs.
- Review DMS data toidentifyabnormali.e.newoutlets,order withvery smallquantityetc.
- Audit distributors on DMS.
- Other tasks asrequired.

- 1-3 years of experience working withsystemsfor example CRM, DMS, etc.
- Ability to develop reports using Power BI.
- Strong logical thinking skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and careful.
- Good Englishproficiency.
