Sales & Business Development Manager Industrial Automation

• Strategic Sales & BD: Identify, develop, and close major automation projects in O&G, Mining, Chemicals, Power & Energy sectors across Southern Vietnam.

• Key Account Management: Build C-level relationships with EPCs, plant owners, and end users like PVN, Vinacomin, Nghi Son Refinery, Dung Quat, Nhon Trach & Phu My Power Plants, Fertilizers Plants and etc.

• Solution Selling: Promote DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIL-rated Safety Systems, Field instruments and valves.

• Project Lifecycle: Lead from spec-in & tendering to negotiation, working with pre-sales engineers on technical compliance and proposals.

• Market Intelligence: Track Vietnam’s energy roadmap, WTE/Biomass/LNG investments, and new industrial projects to drive pipeline growth.

• Channel & Partners: Manage system integrators and local partners serving heavy industry.

• Forecasting: Own sales targets, pipeline accuracy, and reporting for multi-million USD projects.

• MRO sales.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience: 5+ years in B2B technical sales/BD, with 3+ years selling automation/instrumentation to O&G, Mining, Power, or Petrochemical clients in Vietnam

• Network: Existing relationships with EPCs, consultants, or plant operators in energy/heavy industry is a strong plus

• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of DCS/ESD/F&G, process control, hazardous area standards. Engineering degree preferred

• Language: Fluent Vietnamese & business-level English for regional/global stakeholders

• Mindset: Hunter + farmer — able to open new mega-accounts and manage long EPC sales cycles

• Travel: Willing to travel to industrial zones, plants, and project sites.
