Sales Assistant - Metals Dept

(1) Support business Transaction and attend business person from Japan Head Quarter as well as other branch to the Customer/Suppliers.

(2) Documents: Issue and arrange cargo delivery to customers.

(3) Data input: Inputting sales and Agency transaction data into SAP

(4) Reporting: Necessary monthly sales/expense reports as required.

(5) Administration work: Arrange Car & hotels for visitors; Make summary of internal expense such as

(6) Other jobs which are requested by General Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree

- Range of age: 25-30 years old.

- At least 2 years sales support experience

- Good skills of Microsoft Offices, especially excels .

- English business level (Smooth Communication in English)

- Experience with SAP is an advantage

- Working experience in a Japanese companies can be advantage.

- Cooperative teamwork (Japanese Style) and challenge the difficulty as characteristics
