Tuyển dụng Sales Assistant Manager tại Hồ Chí Minh

Market research, monitoring, and planning to develop the materials business.
Develop and implement strategic marketing and business plans (monthly/quarterly/yearly) to expand the customer base, ensure a strong presence, and promote aluminum formwork products.
Build, maintain, and establish strong connections with key accounts and clients (private developers, government, consultants, architects, etc.).
Manage overall sales activities, including contract negotiation, internal order processing, and local sales channels to track project status and secure progress.
Carefully follow up on and manage customer orders and contracts, including issuing invoices and collecting payments.
Work closely with the Manufacturing/Factory team to deliver client demand precisely, ensure on-time delivery, and develop efficient internal work processes.
Coordinate with related departments (Sales support, Accounting, etc.) to maximize gross profit and minimize late deliveries or payments.
Collect market/customer feedback to adjust products and services according to requirements.
Prepare weekly or monthly reports pertaining to each project, customer database, and surveys.
Go on business trips to other locations in Vietnam or abroad as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Preferred:
Sales Assistant Manager; Sales Manager candidates with relevant construction experience are encouraged to apply.
Education and Specialization:
Minimum of an accredited 04-year degree in related majors.
Language:
Fluency in both verbal and written (English and Vietnamese)
Computer:
Good in Word, Excel, Cad, Power point.
Working experience:
At least 05 years experiences for sales in construction area.; At least 02 years experiences of management skills.
Professional skills or certificate:
Have knowledge of construction area.
