Working Location: #30 Doan Thi Diem Street, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Description:

• Act as the main contact for international B2B clients, managing travel requests and inquiries.

• Create and customize tailor-made tour itineraries for English-speaking inbound travelers across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.

• Liaise with local suppliers to secure competitive rates and ensure accurate tour costing

• Manage reservations, track regional flights, and generate accurate operational reports.

• Collaborate with operations and local suppliers to ensure tours run seamlessly from start to finish.

• Act as a point of contact for emergency support or unexpected itinerary changes during the tour.

• Follow up with agents and clients throughout the tour, proactively solving any on-the-ground issues.

• Collect and analyze post-tour feedback from clients to continuously improve service quality.

• Visit and evaluate hotels, attractions, and destinations when requested to ensure the quality.

• Adhere to company procedures and assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as required.

• Accept fresher/Intern

• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Having other language skills is an advantage

• Experience in B2B travel/ hospitality business, covering the destinations of Vietnam – Cambodia, Laos

• Able to design travel arrangements & itineraries

• Able to counsel clients on various travel options

• Able to monitor domestic/ regional flights when necessary

• Have presentation and negotiation skills

• Have problem-solving skills & willing to provide extra miles when it comes to client’s services

• Have organization skills & communication skills

• Computer & outlook usage skills
