Sales Assistant (Chinese Speaking Or English )

- Received POs and input to system from assigned customers.

- Control and Plan delivery for assigned customers. Making shipment booking for the planned delivery.

- Prepare shipping document for the planned delivery.

- Reply assigned customer delivery enquiries.

- Prepare shortage list for each assigned customers and push for delivery internally.

- Checked, confirmed and collect payment from customers.

- System operation

- Reports, other documents and any task that requested by the sales or management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- English or Chinese: good at communication, & for BZ.( Chinese language proficiency is preferred)

- Computer skills: Good at Excel.

- Can accept to rotate jobs in team if requirement.

- CV applied in Chinese/ or English.

- Salary: 11-13M
