Sales Application Engineer

Your Role:

As a Sales Application Engineer, you will be integral to the lifecycle of our aisle-frame solutions from concept and

quoting through design, manufacturing, and site implementation. Key responsibilities include:

• Design: Use 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar) to create, update, and refine frame models,

assemblies, and technical drawings.

• Sales Support: Help the sales team by providing information about our products and services. You will

assist in preparing proposals that outline project costs and timelines. You don’t need to be a sales expert;

your role is to provide technical details that help the sales team explain our solutions to clients effectively.

• Collaboration: Work closely with local and international teams to share ideas and improve our processes,

ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.

• Site Visits: Travel occasionally (less than 25%) to client sites to verify designs and gather measurements,

ensuring our solutions fit perfectly in their environments.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar

• 1-3 years hands-on CAD modeling experience (SolidWorks preferred)

• Strong attention to detail, ability to produce accurate drawings and documents

• Good problem-solving ability, resourceful, willing to ask questions and iterate

• Proficiency in English (written and oral) to communicate with global teams and clients

• Experience or coursework in steel fabrication / structural steel design

• Basic understanding of structural loading, wind load, tolerance, and manufacturing cost drivers

• Experience working remotely or across time zones

• Structural analysis and design using STAAD Pro, RISA 3D, ENERCALC, Mathcad, Excel and Auto CAD.

• Exposure to project work in data centers or high-precision industrial environments
