Support the Export Sales Team in managing customer orders from PO receipt to shipment completion and payment collection. Ensure smooth order execution, timely customer communication, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal departments.

• Follow up export orders and update order status in SAP/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Documentation, and Finance teams to ensure on-time shipment.
• Track contract signing, deposit payments, and customer receivables.
• Monitor export documentation and coordinate amendments when required.
• Update customers on production progress, shipment schedules, and ETA.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. SKILL
   - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
   - Good command of written and spoken English.
   - Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP/ERP experience is an advantage.
   - Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. KNOWLEDGE
   - Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or Import-Export.
   - Good understanding of export procedures and shipping documents.
3. ATTITUDE
   - Detail-oriented and organized mindset.
   - Able to coordinate effectively across teams and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
   - Proactive problem-solving approach.
4. EXPERIENCE
   - Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Admin, Export Operations, Logistics, or Documentation.
