（一）工作描述 （Job Description）：

1、接待客户日常来访、来电、来函等咨询服务，为销售部提供后勤服务。

Receive customers' daily visits, calls, letters and other consulting services, and support for the sales department.

2、协助业务人员进行订单制作、跟单、样品寄送，并跟进，为销售部提供帮助。

Assist sales in follow up orders or project, sample testing and support after sales

3、处理制作业务员交给的合同，单据，文件，资料等。

Handle sales order contract and other related documents.

4、协助业务员回收货款，并及时提醒业务员相关货款的回收情况。

Assist sales following receivable collection payment, and remind sales follow orders payment in time.

5、其他公司分配的行政工作

Other administrative tasks given by company

（二）要求 （Requirements）

1） 女，会中文，有1 年业务助理经验（对塑料销售行业优先），英文基本交流

Female，Good at speaking in Mandarin or Cantonese and have basic English level.

Prefer to have at least 1 year of sales admin experience (sales experience in resin trading or manufacturing is preferable)

2） 做事认真仔细，有责任心，积极，良好表达及组织能力

Detail oriented, Hard-working, responsible, energetic , good presentation and organizing skill.

3） 性格开朗，善于沟通，工作主动灵活

Open mind personality, good at communication, proactive and flexible in work

5） 会基本电脑操作（Micosoft office 等等）

Basic computer knowledge ( Microsoft Office, teams, etc..)

6） 大学文凭（可根据实际情况）

University graduate ( or college graduate with solid experience)
