Sales Admin

1. Serve as a primary business contact with the customers and take responsible for customer’s satisfaction.
2. Ability to expand the potential customer base is a strong plus
3. Maintain close relationship with current customers.
4. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and follow the progress
5. Follow up progress of project and do prompt action to ensure it on schedule, meet customer’s demand
6. Other work assigned by Head of Department.

3. Bachelor’s Degree: Either economics / Business Administration / IT / Telecommunication and Electronics...
4. Experience in sales and knowledge of IT field are advantages.
5. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
6. Strong English or Japanese language skills are a plus (minimum requirement: reading and email communication proficiency)
7. Careful, dynamic, enthusiastic and hard working.

Must be able to work in team, good spirit, take initiatives and under high pressure
