Sales & Account Executive

• Take responsibility for sales activities, including identifying potential clients, approaching and following up with prospects, pitching suitable digital solutions, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
• Develop digital media plans and proposals, mainly focusing on media channels, based on clients’ objectives.
• Be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing digital campaigns for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize campaigns according to client KPIs and expectations.
• Maintain and nurture good relationships with existing clients; understand their needs and proactively consult suitable solutions.
• Analyze campaign data and suggest solutions to improve performance.
• Prepare and present proposals, campaign reports, and performance updates to clients and line managers.
• Work with Lava’s partners to explore new products, solutions, and market opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

• College or University degree. At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Executive, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.
• Good sales mindset, client service mindset, and ability to identify business opportunities from client needs.
• High attention to detail and good task management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive and responsible at work.
• Good presentation skills, with the ability to clearly present proposals, plans, and reports to clients and internal teams.
• Experience in the Digital/Advertising field is an advantage.
