Sale Consultant / Nhân Viên Tư Vấn

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities in the US and UK markets through email, social media, and other outbound channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and business customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Consult customers on customized LED neon sign solutions based on their branding, business, or interior decoration needs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Follow up with customers throughout the order lifecycle and provide after-sales support to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipelines in the CRM system.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B or international sales; 
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using CRM software is preferred.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
