JOB SUMMARY

Mục tiêu chính (Main goals) • This position is required to provide leadership and supervision of the safety performance of all people who come into contact with our Construction activities for the Project

• Provide appropriate safety training that maintains safety behaviors and build a safety culture of excellence for the whole company.

• Assure that local and international safety, quality and schedule requirements are achieved in support of the execution of the project.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH (MAIN DUTIES):

1. In conjunction with plant construction superintendent, champion the Company’s strict safety policies and performance expectations of our construction Contractors

2. Demonstrated ability to understand, supervise, lead, and direct contractor workforce to achieve safety milestones and targets in all areas of construction safety

3. Ensure all contractors provide a complete service in accordance with their contract liabilities

4. Assist the Construction execution team with the identification, development, implementation and management of construction safety initiatives;

5. Conduct hazard assessments and develop job safety analysis’ (JSA’s) with all Contractors

6. Lead incident investigations and reporting

7. Lead safety inspections, surveys and audits across the project, execute corrective and preventive action plan

8. Conduct project induction and training sessions

9. Submit weekly and monthly reports

Kinh nghiệm, Kỷ năng và Kiến thức (Experience, skill, knowledge)

• Have a relevant tertiary qualification and significant industry (industrial, mining, civil construction) experience.

• At least 5 years experience in field safety management and supervisory roles associated with large scale construction activities across all disciplines

• Demonstrable experience at implementing and managing safety systems for construction projects

• Thorough knowledge of Vietnamese Construction Safety Legislation...

• Excellent written and spoken English
