Ruby on Rails Developer (Middle)

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, backend services, and frontend features.
Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and query performance.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to deliver new features.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
Job Requirements:
Support application deployment and production operations when required.
Yêu cầu:
Technical Skills
2+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
Strong experience with Ruby on Rails or React.
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, including database design and SQL optimization.
Proficient in Git and modern software development practices.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Passion for building reliable and maintainable software solutions
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, S3.
Experience with Redis, Sidekiq, or background processing systems.
Experience working with microservices or service-oriented architectures.
Knowledge of application security best practices.
Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools.
English Skills
Able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).

Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
