Job Description:

• Develop and maintain architectural Revit models in accordance with project BIM standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

• Produce architectural documentation including plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and sheets.

• Maintain project setup, view templates, worksets, filters, and documentation standards.

• Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and design coordination meetings.

• Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure model accuracy, documentation quality, and compliance with project requirements.

• Identify and resolve modeling, coordination, and Revit-related issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Senior Responsibilities

• Review models and drawings for BIM compliance and quality.

• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

• Support project planning, BIM coordination, and workflow improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

• 2+ years of experience in architectural BIM/Revit production.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

• Basic understanding of Rhino-to-Revit workflows, including importing, linking, or converting Rhino geometry into Revit.

• Good understanding of BIM workflows and architectural documentation.

• Knowledge of construction detailing and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Experience working on large-scale or complex projects is preferred.

• Preferred: Rhino, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360, AutoCAD, Dynamo

• Good communication skills in English

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and team spirit
