Retail Operations Supervisor

A. WHAT WILL YOU DO WHILE YOU WOW:

1. Online Channel Operations & Development

- Take charge of developing, launching, and operating online sales channels, ranging Online Shop (D2C), Social

Commerce, Marketplace.

- Ensure smooth daily operations, order fulfillment, and customer service for digital channels, delivering proven and

measurable business results.

2. Retailer Management

- Oversee and maintain strong, effective relationships with physical retail partners and chain stores.

- Demonstrate strong experiences in managing retailers with proven results, especially in the consumer electronics

industry, to optimize displays, streamline operations, and hit sales targets.

3. Digital Execution & Metrics Management

- Coordinate with the Marketing team to execute digital campaigns effectively.

- Directly track, analyze, and manage digital marketing metrics for both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Marketplace

platforms to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.

4. Brand Strategy Execution

- Carry out a strong and consistent brand strategy in execution across all touchpoints.

- Ensure that brand guidelines, messaging, and customer experiences are strictly aligned and flawlessly represented

both online and offline.

- Experience:

• Proven track record in retail operations and distributor management, ideally in Consumer Electronics.

• Hands-on experience launching and growing online channels (Webshops, E-commerce platforms) with measurable results.

- Knowledge & Market Understanding:

• Deep understanding of Vietnam's consumer channel dynamics (both online and offline landscapes).

• Practical knowledge of digital marketing with strong ability to analyze digital performance metrics.

- Mindset & Skills:

• English communication.

• Growth-driven and highly dedicated mindset.
