Repair IE Engineer (Fresher)

Analyze repair and production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Drive productivity, quality, and efficiency improvement projects.
Collect and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
Conduct time studies and process evaluations.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process issues.
Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good Excel and data analysis capability.
Basic English communication skills. Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
Interested in Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Excellence.
