[Remote] Specification Sale Manager (Vietnam) - $1500 - $2400

About the Role

We are seeking proactive and results-driven professional to lead LIGMAN’s business growth in Vietnam.

This role focuses on developing product specifications with designers and consultants, driving sales performance, and managing local partners to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets in Vietnam

• Specification Development

• Promote and specify LIGMAN products into projects at the design stage (Spec-in)

• Build strong relationships with lighting designers, architects, and consultants

• Provide Technical support and lighting solutions to project stakeholders

• Identify new projects and business opportunities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals

• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting

• Channel partner coordination

• Work closely with local distributors and partners

• Support partners in project follow-ups and deal closing

• Ensure alignment between company strategy and partner execution

• Handle customer inquiries, proposals, and technical clarifications

• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams

• Follow up projects until completion

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 5 years of Sale experience, preferably in project-based business

• Experience in lighting industry is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of specification sales (designer/consultant engagement)

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Self-driving, proactive, and able to work independently

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure

• Fluent in English

Preferred

• Existing network with designers, consultants, or architects in Vietnam

• Experience working with international brands

• Technical knowledge in lighting products
