Job Overview
This role acts as the central owner of Training & Development across the factory, driving capability building for all functions (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.), while also managing end-to-end recruitment to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Development (Main Focus)
• Lead and manage all training activities across the factory
• Build and execute... • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field • 5+ years experience in Training/Recruitment, preferably in manufacturing • Strong experience in factory training system management • Good communication & stakeholder management skills • Proactive, well-organized, and results-driven • Good English Benefits 1.
