Main responsibility:

• Advertise job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms according to Company's recruiting plan.

• Approach candidates and screening candidate profile. Propose suitable positions according to their background and working experiences.

• Process candidate applications in complied with Company's working procedures and schedule.

• Assist candidate in their document preparations.

• Prepare for interview with Principles.

• Process boarding preparation of qualified candidates.

• Manage boarding process according to company’s working procedures.

• Create and monitor procedure of boarding documents preparations.

• Assist crew member in their document preparations.

• Work with foreigner partners in boarding process.

• Work with related parties such as Embassies, Consulates, Visa Centers, Training Centers, Medical Centers for collaboration in boarding process.

• Maintain company's S.O.P. and consult management board about improvements..

Requirement:

- Excellent English oral and written skills.

- Fluent English communication skills.

- Working experience in international environment is preferred.
