Raw Material and Production Planning Supervisor (Steel Field)

- Lead team and manage activities to meet KPIs set for the whole team.

- Manage and optimize material and FGs inventory for Lysaght production site

- Build and maintain Master production plan for Lysaght production site.

- Release production plan to operation every 3 days.

- Ensure material supply to meet production schedule for projects.

- Coordinate with relevant departments and arrange production to meet ad-hoc delivery requirement approved.

- Manage accessories/buy-out sourcing plan to meet delivery plan of project.

- Manage import/export activities and ensure documents support for these activities as legal requirement.

- Lead monthly SOP meeting and follow up all actions plan with relevant departments.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, material planning or procurement in a manufacturing environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role with subordinates.

- SAP/ERP/ M3 System experience, S&OP exposure, strong analytical and inventory management skills, English communication capability.

- Good planning skills, hard-working and good communication skills.

- Good at data analysis and computer skills (Excel).

- Good team leadership.

- High performance team development.

- Well organize many tasks at the same time.

- Time management.
