- Ability to manage and coordinate with compounding vendors

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as polymer, materials, or chemical engineering

- At least 5-10 years of experience in technical field

- Experience in automotive and appliance compounding company is preferred

- Understanding of standard testing methods such as ISO/ASTM

- Good communication in English and technical documentation
