Quản Lý Tài Chính (Thành Thạo Tiếng Hàn) - Hà Nội

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Review invoices, issue VAT invoices, and ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting regulations.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and contract administration.
- Coordinate financial documentation related to logistics and international transactions.
- Handle general HR and administrative activities, including recruitment support, labor and insurance administration.
- Manage office assets, supplies, and other administrative matters.
- Support daily business operations and perform other assignments as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Administration.
- Experience in AR/AP, VAT invoicing, contracts, and administrative management.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, accounting regulations, and insurance procedures.
- Experience working with EPE companies, logistics operations, and Incoterms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Korean is required. English communication skills are preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
