Quality Technician

Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, inspection specifications, and quality control procedures.
Analyze and handle in‑process quality issues and abnormalities.
Analyze and resolve quality problems using quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, etc.
Handle customer complaints and drive quality improvement actions with internal teams and suppliers.
Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data, and prepare quality reports.
Participate in system, process, and customer audits.
At least 3 years of experience in measurement‑related work.
Familiar with quality management systems and commonly used quality tools.
Able to read engineering drawings and possess good data analysis skills.
Good communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Lanague: base English /or Chinese communication skill.
