Position 1: Senior Quality Engineer - Metallurgical & Chemical

Job Description

1. Responsible for metallurgical laboratory equipment (SEM, XRD, microscope, GDOES, tensile tester, etc.) and supporting all metallurgical and chemical equipment. Ensure IMT-E control, including calibration, maintenance, stability checks, MSA, troubleshooting, spare parts control

2. Manage metallurgical analysis, including measurement methods and updated work instructions. Be responsible for reviewing analysis methods, testing reports, and results. Develop testing methods for both standard and non-standard requirements

3. Plan and follow up on technician activities to ensure tasks are performed according to work instructions, specifications, testing methods, and IMT-E usage requirements + Train and evaluate new technicians to qualify them for testing method release

4. Release new equipment in the lab (registration, MSA, HSE assessment, work instruction preparation) and support calibration activities

5. Develop as material expert role. Build expertise in laboratory operations and share knowledge with the team. Consult the topics related to metallurgical and material analysis. Support relative department in testing and measuring samples on time with high quality as requirements

6. Contribution to new business, new applications, projects: fulfill measurements/ testing requirements/ develop measurement when required, consultants for metallurgical & materials based on customer requirements

7. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Position 2: Product & Production Process Quality Specialist

Job Description

1. Lead quality assurance in operations and projects: Ensure effective collaboration across departments to resolve failures, secure process stability, and guarantee quality in operations, maintenance, strategic projects (new release, industrialization, capacity increase), change management with full integration of lessons learned.

2. Act as expert in problem solving: Lead and coach NC, PSS, 8D, Shainin activities to ensure systematic root cause elimination and full compliance with non-conformity handling standards.

3. Own KPI performance and strategic initiatives: Drive achievement of DIO, defect cost, QZ, and non-conformity KPIs; lead strategic projects and support deployment of plant initiatives (Vision/Mission, Plant / Department target chart, 5S, LEAN, Lesson Learned, Industry 4.0 / Quality 4.0).

4. Develop and standardize quality systems: Design, implement, and continuously improve quality control systems, quality gates, audit processes, testing methods, and work instructions to ensure full compliance with customer, company, and legal requirements.

5. Ensure robust quality control across organization: Define and govern quality control activities (data collection, risk assessment, containment, release decision) for multi-area operations with fast response and no compromise on quality.

6. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Position 1: Senior Quality Engineer - Metallurgical & Chemical

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Material/Mechanical Engineering or above

- Work experience: 03 years experience in Quality field/Laboratory

Position 2: Product & Production Process Quality Specialist

- Education: Bachelor's degree - Mechanical/Automotive engineering (preferable)

- Work experience: >/= 5 years in quality / manufacturing / engineering

Experience in

Quality management systems (end-to-end): Quality gates, audit systems

Product & process failure mechanisms

Leading problem solving and handling (Shainin, DRBFM, advanced 8D, strategy definition)

Plant-level initiatives and system improvement: LEAN transformation, Quality 4.0

Risk management: PFMEA system design, advanced , preventive strategy, lessons learned integration
