Quality Engineering Manager

- Quality Management & Lab Operations – manage the QC/QA framework across incoming materials, in-process SPC, and final QA; oversee the internal testing laboratory and reliability testing.
- HSE & Risk Management – conduct audits, workplace risk assessments, and incident investigations (RCCA/CAPA); manage environmental permits and industrial hygiene and safety programs.
- Process Optimization – apply FMEA, SPC, and DOE to optimize kiln firing schedules and glaze parameters.
- Sales Engineering & Client Resolution – investigate and resolve customer quality complaints; translate technical quality data into client-facing insights supporting the sales pipeline.
- Training & Traceability – deliver SOP, MSDS, and quality training to factory staff; implement a Master Batch traceability system.
- Detailed performance targets and KPIs for this role-covering HSE compliance, ISO certification milestones, product quality and scrap-rate standards, safety performance, and Cost of Quality-are set out in the attached Position Description and will form the basis of your performance reviews.

- Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Manufacturing (or a related field) and a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in QA/QC and HSE leadership within heavy manufacturing environments, preferably in the ceramic manufacturing industry.

- Base Salary: 1,500 USD per month.
- 13th-Month Salary: One additional month's base salary, payable in accordance with the Company's policy.
