WORKING & EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENT

Working Company: Rothy’s

Employment Administration: Riverview (labor contract, payroll, statutory benefits)

Daily Management & Reporting Line: Rothy’s team

Working Model: Onsite at Rothy’s operations in Vietnam

Key responsibilities

1. Standardize and maintain all IQC (Incoming Quality Control) inspection reports.

2. Lead the team in conducting quality inspections of all incoming materials.

3. Coordinate with suppliers to establish and implement quality standards.

4. Consolidate, analyze, and report supplier quality performance data.

5. Coordinate and resolve quality issues between internal departments and suppliers.

6. Establish and improve quality management processes at OEM factories, and oversee the quality of incoming materials and production processes on a daily basis.

7. Conduct finished goods audits and prepare quality reports prior to shipment.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 10 years of experience in material quality management within the footwear industry; experience in the handbag industry is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of material quality control and supplier quality management.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Accountable, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Language Requirements: Mandarin Chinese as a working language is preferred; alternatively, English can be used as the primary working language.

Additional Requirements

• Work location will be at MarcoWay, with 1–2 business trips per month to partner factories as assigned.

• Willingness to travel to China for training and business purposes when required.
